From the West: Head towards the A30 Chiverton Cross roundabout. Follow the signs for the A30 north bound. Continue on this road and turn left onto the B3284. We are located approximately 800 yards down on the right.
From the North: From Newquay join the A3075. Pass the turn off for Callestick Ice Creams. Follow the road and turn left onto the B3284. We are located towards the end of this road on the left hand side.
From the East: Stay on the A30 heading west bound from Carland Cross. Turn right onto the B3284. We are located approximately 800 yards down on the right.

Frequently asked questions
What should I wear?
Wetsuits are recommended but are not compulsory. However, please make sure you cover exposed skin to avoid the risk of friction burns! Clothing must not have any sharp zips, fastenings or metal parts (particularly on the bottom). All jewellery should be removed prior to sliding. If you have any questions, please ask one of our helpful staff members.
Are there toilets?
Basic toilet facilities are provided, but please note there are no on-site changing rooms.
What are the safety rules?
Water activities are supervised by trained staff, however participation is at your own risk. All customers are required to sign a waiver before entering the site - a copy of this will be provided in advance when purchasing your tickets.
Site rules must be understood by all customers before entry is granted. Any children under the age of 16 are the full responsibility of their accompanying parent or guardian, and must be supervised at all times. Unaccompanied children under the age of 16 will not be granted access to the site.
Customers are obliged to follow staff instructions at all times; customers who fail to comply will be asked to leave the site immediately, without refund. Management reserves the right to refuse admission in all circumstances.
